Self Help Group Funds (SHGs) CDAC, ECF, MBMF, SINDA

In the CPF contribution, there are also these contribution (CDAC, ECF, MBMF, SINDA) to the SHGs Funds. The funds are set up to uplift the less privileged and low income households in the Chinese, Eurasian, Muslim and Indian communities.

Important note: These amounts are fixed and cannot be edited by the user.


Chinese Development Assistance Council (CDAC) Fund

Employees who belong to the Chinese community and are:

  • Singapore Citizens
  • Singapore Permanent Residents



Eurasian Community Fund (ECF)

Employees who belong to the Eurasian community and are:  

  • Singapore Citizens 
  • Singapore Permanent Residents 

 

“Eurasian” means a person defined as such in his/her identity card or a person of both European and Asian ancestry.


Mosque Building and Mendaki Fund (MBMF)

Employees who are Muslims and are:

  • Singapore Citizens, 
  • Singapore Permanent Residents, or 
  • Foreign employees


Singapore Indian Development Association (SINDA)

Employees of Indian descent who are:

  • Singapore Citizens, 
  • Singapore Permanent Residents, or 
  • Employment Pass holders


This includes Bangladeshis, Bengalis, Parsees, Sikhs, Sinhalese, Telegus, Pakistanis, Sri Lankans, Goanese, Malayalees, Punjabis, Tamils, Gujaratis, Sindhis and all people originating from the Indian sub-continent.
