[Malaysia] How to generate CP58 form?

The CP58 form is an essential document that Malaysian companies must issue to their agents, dealers, or distributors who receive commissions, incentives, bonuses, or other forms of payment during the financial year. It serves as an income statement detailing both monetary and non-monetary rewards, similar to how the EA form is used for employees. While monetary incentives include allowances and bonuses, non-monetary incentives may cover assets like houses, cars, and flight tickets. 

Follow the steps below to generate the CP58 form efficiently:

1. Click on the Manage Company option on the left sidebar.

2. Navigate to the Payroll.

3. Scroll down to find the CP58 File section and expand it.

4. Select the employee's name from the dropdown list and click SEARCH.

5. Click on ACTIONS next to the employee's record and choose Edit.

6. Proceed to fill in the relevant fields, including incentives and adjustable details.

7. Click SAVE to store the details, or SAVE AND DOWNLOAD to download the updated form immediately.

8. To download multiple forms at once, select the relevant employees and click DOWNLOAD SELECTED. The files will be generated in a compressed ZIP format for convenience.
