The way an attachment is displayed in the Claim PDF Detail depends on the file type and whether the system can display the file directly within the PDF.
- Image files such as JPG, JPEG, PNG, and GIF are generally displayed directly in the Claim PDF Detail.
- PDF files may either be displayed directly or appear as a clickable link, depending on whether the attached PDF can be rendered within the Claim PDF Detail.
- If the system is unable to render the attachment, it will be displayed as a link instead. You can click the link to open or download the original attachment.
