In HReasily, you can customize what information appears on your employees’ payslips. This allows you to decide whether to include additional details such as year-to-date (YTD) income, payroll payment dates, or your company address.
Follow the steps below to update your payslip settings:
1. Navigate to Manage Company, then select Payroll.
2. In the Company Payroll Info section, click on Edit.
3. Scroll down to the Payslip Details section. Here, you can enable or disable specific options by ticking the checkbox:
Show payslip year-to-date (YTD) data → Displays cumulative income for the year on payslips.
Show payroll payment date → Displays the date salary was paid.
Show company address → Displays your company’s registered address.
4. Once you’ve selected your preferred settings, click Save to apply them.
