1. Navigate to the Staff Directory on the left sidebar.
2. Find the employee you want to update, select Payroll Info from the dropdown menu, and click GO.
3. Scroll to the Employee Payroll Info section and click EDIT.

4. Expand the Past Income from Previous Software section and enter the year-to-date payroll details from the previous software.
5. Expand the Tax Allowances section and enter the tax allowances details from the previous software. (If any)
6. Click Save to finalise the changes.
