Overtime


Overtime = Monthly Salary / 173
The value 173 is fixed based on government regulation. It must always be used as-is (no rounding).


Example: 

Employee: Miftah Salahudin
Monthly Salary: IDR 9,000,000

Hourly Rate = 9,000,000 ÷ 173 = 52,023

Overtime Pay = Total Overtime Hours × Hourly Rate × 100%

Overtime Pay = 5 × 52,023 × 100% = IDR 260,115



Unpaid Leave

Unpaid Leave = Basic Salary / (Total Hours Per Week * 4.333)
4.333 is derived from government regulation: 52 weeks ÷ 12 months = 4.333


Example:
Employee: Miftah Salahudin
Monthly Salary: IDR 9,000,000
Working Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
(8 hours/day, 40 hours/week)


Hourly Rate = 9,000,000 ÷ (40 × 4.333) = 51,927.1


Unpaid Leave Period: 4–5 August 2025

Total Leave: 2 days = 16 hours


Unpaid Leave Deduction = 16 × 51,927.1 × 100% = IDR 830,833
