Insufficient Seats Error

This error appears when all available seats in your plan are in use. This could be because seats are still assigned to resigned employees or your total seat allocation is insufficient.



Step 1: Free Up Seats


1. Go to Staff Directory > Manage Employees > Assign Seat and Edit Permission.


2. Filter by Past Employee and click Search.


3. Untick the seats for resigned employees and click Save.



Step 2: Increase Seat Allocation (if still insufficient)


1. Go to Settings [⚙] > Billing > Edit My Plan.


2. Increase the total number of seats in Change Seats and review your module selections.


3. Click Confirm My Changes and finalize in the pop-up.


⚠️ Important Note: Billing is based on your Total Seats. Adjust before the end of your billing cycle to avoid extra charges.
