Error Accessing Employee Leave, Claim, or Time Attendance Tab

If you see the error message "You are not allowed to perform this action" when accessing the Leave, Claim, or Time Attendance tab on an employee’s staff page, it usually means that the employee has not been assigned a seat for that specific module. Without the assigned seat, the system will prevent access to that module’s features for the employee.



How to Resolve the Issue

Tip: It’s a good practice to review seat assignments periodically, especially after adding new employees or activating new modules, to ensure everyone has the necessary access.
