How to Generate a Monthly Social Security Fund (SSF) Report

The Monthly SSF Report can be generated directly from your Payroll settings. Follow these steps to prepare and download the file:


1. Navigate to Manage Company > Payroll.


2. Scroll down and locate the Monthly Social Security Fund Report section, then expand it.


3. Select the relevant date, optionally include staff with 0 applicable SSF, then generate the report in TXT or PDF format.
