If you do not require active usage of the platform for a period of time but would like to retain access to your historical data and records, you may opt for a minimal subscription arrangement instead of maintaining your current plan.
To do so, please:
- Unassign all employee seats across all subscribed modules.
- Downsize your subscription to the minimum requirement:
- 1 Seat
- 1 Payroll Module
This option allows your account to remain active while minimizing subscription costs. Your historical employee records, payroll data, and generated reports will continue to be retained and accessible within the system.
Should you resume operations in the future, you may easily upgrade your subscription and reassign seats as needed.
