HReasily Pro
Release notes
Global and country-specific improvements and fixes included in the 21 September 2026 HReasily Pro release.
Global updates
Nine updates across mobile scheduling, leave, payroll, time and attendance, reporting, HR administration, employee management and integrations.
Manage scheduled shifts from mobile
Mobile app users with the right permissions can now create, edit, publish and delete scheduled shifts, matching the functionality previously available only on web.
Managers and admins can fully manage team schedules from their phones, reducing administrative bottlenecks and saving time on the go.
Greater control over negative leave balances
Enhanced the “Allow Negative Balance” setting with a configurable maximum limit, automatic deduction from future entitlement and visibility into outstanding balances during offboarding.
Control how much leave employees can borrow against future entitlement and handle outstanding balances consistently at year-end and during offboarding.
Approved expenses remain on recalculated payslips
Fixed an issue where previously approved employee expenses could be dropped from a payslip after recalculation.
Approved expenses are reliably included in final payouts, preventing manual corrections and employee payout delays.
Audit logs for bulk approval-template edits
Added audit logs for bulk edits to Timesheet approval templates, together with performance improvements for large employee groups.
Track changes more clearly and manage large teams with better system responsiveness.
Start Shift verification and team access
Fixed the Team Timesheet “Start Shift” action so it enforces location, selfie and QR-code requirements and correctly limits access to employees within the manager’s team.
Managers can start shifts only for their direct team while attendance-verification requirements remain properly enforced.
Accurate status filters in leave exports
Fixed an issue where leave-record report exports did not correctly apply the selected status filters.
Exported leave reports now accurately reflect the filtered views administrators need for auditing.
More flexible approval-workflow validation
Updated approval workflow validation so the same person can be assigned as both Manager and HOD, and an HOD can be assigned when the Manager level is blank.
Approval routing can accommodate a wider range of organisational structures.
My Employee action menu remains visible
Fixed a display issue on the My Employee page where the action menu was hidden at 100% browser zoom.
Employee-management actions remain accessible at standard display settings.
More reliable APIs and payroll webhooks
Resolved issues affecting the company-check endpoint, Expense API access and payroll webhook delivery, and added a Payroll Recall webhook event.
Third-party integrations are more reliable and external systems remain better synchronised with HReasily data.
Country-specific release

Choose recurring items when creating payroll
Added the ability to include or exclude basic salary, assigned pay items and statutory contributions when creating a payroll in Singapore.

Country-specific release
MYMalaysia updates
Tax-residency compliance and bank-file configuration improvements for Malaysia.
Non-resident Malaysian tax status
Added a Non-Resident option for Malaysian employees’ tax residency status.
Ensures PCB is calculated at the correct 30% non-resident rate for employees who do not meet the 182-day physical-presence threshold, supporting tax compliance and reducing risk.
Configurable HSBC ACH authorisation type
Added a configurable ACH Authorization Type option when generating HSBC IFILE GIRO bank files.
Ensures bank files meet specific corporate-banking requirements for smoother processing.
Country-specific release
THThailand updates
Bulk administration, data validation and bank-file reliability improvements for Thailand.
Bulk leave-type assignment via Excel

Significantly reduces manual setup time during large employee onboardings or policy restructurings.
Stronger employee bulk-import validation
Added validation rules to Thailand Employee Bulk Import for Provident Fund, National ID, Tax ID, SSF ID and foreigner-specific fields.
Prevents incomplete or inconsistent data from importing silently, supporting accurate payroll calculations and reducing errors.
Krungsri GCP CashWeb file formatting
Corrected the Bank of Ayudhya (Krungsri) GCP CashWeb bank-file record length, line endings and file naming for companies with special characters.
Ensures bank files align with formatting requirements and avoids upload rejections.
HSBC bank-file selection is retained
Fixed an issue where the selected HSBC bank-file type reset when other bank details were updated.
Removes the need to re-select bank-file configurations when updating other banking details.
