HReasily's Facial Recognition Time Attendance can be implemented in two ways, depending on your business operations:
Option 1: Time-In/Out Using Employees' Own Devices
Employees can clock in/out directly via their personal mobile devices. This setup is ideal for field staff or employees who are frequently outside the office during working hours.
Requirements:
A mobile device running Android 6.0 or above or iOS 10.0 or above with GPS, WiFi, and mobile data enabled.
The HReasily Mobile App installed on each employee’s device.
Online access granted for each employee in HReasily.
How to Set Up Own Devices
You can configure device settings either company-wide or per individual employee.
A. Company-Wide Settings
1. Go to Manage Company > Time.
2. Scroll down to Time In/Out Device Setting and click EDIT.
3. In the pop-up window, select your preferred setting and click SAVE.
B. Individual Employee Settings
1. Go to Staff Directory.
2. Open the employee’s Time Attendance Info page and click GO.
3. Scroll down to Time In/Out Device Setting and click EDIT.
4. In the pop-up window, select your preferred setting and click SAVE.
Option 2: Time-In/Out Using a Centralized Company Device (Kiosk)
Employees clock in/out using a shared iOS device placed at a central location (e.g., factory, warehouse, or office). Employees do not need to log in/out of personal accounts. This setup ignores GPS radius restrictions.
Requirements:
An iOS device (iOS 10.0 or above) dedicated as the kiosk.
⚠️ The kiosk function is only supported on iOS devices.
How to Set Up a Kiosk
1. Create an employee profile and label it as Time Attendance Admin.
2. Grant this profile the following permissions:
- Online access with Facial Recognition and Manage Time Attendance permission enabled.
- Permission to Time-In/Out via Company’s Main Device (Kiosk).
3. Log in to the HReasily Mobile App using this Time Attendance Admin profile and select Kiosk Timing.
