Through timesheets, you can capture employees' working hours along with overtime, lateness, and undertime, ensuring accurate preparation for payroll.

Follow the steps below to complete the workflow.

Step 1: Create Timesheets

1. Go to Manage Company > Time.

2. Scroll down to Time Attendance Timesheets and click CREATE TIMESHEET.

3. In the pop-up window, set the Start Date and End Date, then click CREATE TIMESHEETS.

For employees on a monthly dynamic schedule, ensure the period matches the number of working days in their schedule.

4. HReasily will generate timesheets for all employees based on the selected period.

Step 2: Manage Timesheets

1. In the Time Attendance Timesheets section, click ACTIONS > Manage.

2. Use filters to find employee timesheets. You'll see a summary of overtime, lateness, and undertime.

3. To view details, click ACTIONS > View.

Step 3: Update Pay Items

1. To edit pay items, click ACTIONS > Update.

2. In the Update page, adjust the pay items and select which ones to Push to Payroll.

3. Once done, submit the employee's timesheet for approval.

4. For bulk submissions, select multiple employees and click BULK SUBMIT FOR APPROVAL.

Step 4: Approve Timesheets

Once submitted, timesheets must be approved before they can be synced with payroll. You also have the option to reject the record or return it to draft.

Approvals must be completed within the same payroll period.

Step 5: Complete Timesheet Group

After all records are approved, click COMPLETE TIMESHEET GROUP.

This final step ensures the data is locked in and ready to sync with payroll.

Important Notes

  • Timesheets must be approved and completed before running payroll.

  • If the group is not completed, the data will not sync.
