Setting up your Singapore based company

Setup company basic info.

1: Navigate to the left menu, expand Manage Company and edit the Basic Info. Best is to fill up all the info.

  • Company Name: Company registered name
  • Trading Name: Can be same as above or your store name
  • Company type: Normally its Private Sector or Others


2: Next you have the currency rate settings. If you are paying any employee in a different currency, you can add the currency here. Skip this step if it does not apply.

  • 1 SGD is = to 0.742313 USD for example.
  • or you can select Automatically set and the rates will refresh daily.


Setup company payroll info.


Nest, navigate to company Payroll Info either from the left menu or the tabs above.


Scroll down untill you see the Company Payroll Info section


Fill up all the details.

Tax Details are used for submission of your year end tax (AIS) so fill in accurate information. 

Officer name is the person IRAS will contact for any clarifications or communications


Bank Details is your company bank account that is used to pay salaries.



CPF Details

You should have your CPF Submission number issued by CPF but if you don't, visit CPF website to find out how you can apply for one.


Voluntary CPF is optional and only fill it up if it applies to you. You should have a different Voluntary CPF number.


Finally, fill in the payroll details.

Under normal circumstances, we usually select salary paid once a month.



Select Salary paid twice a month if you split salary payment and you can select the % of salary to be paid for each half.

You can also choose to pay the contributions during each payroll run or  pay on the second payroll run only. 

Please note you cannot run a cross month payroll


Select the month of the first payroll to be  generated and select to follow MOM calculations for OT calculations.


Save the settings and you are set.
