Can I get grant funding for HReasily?

Singapore SMEs may qualify for government grant support when adopting pre-approved solutions. The Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) is now part of Enterprise Singapore's EDGE grant. HReasily Classic and HReasily Pro are both pre-approved solutions. Enterprise Singapore decides final eligibility and the amount of support.

Who is eligible?

Your company must:

• Be registered and operating in Singapore
• Have at least 30% local shareholding
• Be within Enterprise Singapore's turnover and headcount limits for the scheme
• Use the solution in Singapore

Your company also must not have made any payment or deposit, or started work, on the solution before the application is submitted.

How is local shareholding calculated?

At least 30% of your company's equity must be held, directly or indirectly, by Singapore Citizens and/or Singapore PRs. Enterprise Singapore looks at ultimate individual ownership, so shares held through a company are traced to the people who own that company.

Your ultimate beneficial owner does not need to be a Singapore Citizen or PR, as long as the combined effective SC/PR ownership reaches 30%.

I am already an HReasily customer. Can I still apply?

Yes, in many cases. The grant supports the adoption of a solution, so it generally applies to a new product or subscription rather than to fees you have already paid. For example, if you use HReasily Classic and want to move to HReasily Pro, the application can cover HReasily Pro as a new product. Your existing Classic subscription is not covered. Contact our support team to confirm what applies to your situation.

What are the steps to apply?

1. Contact HReasily support and tell us which product and package you are interested in.
2. We send you a quotation for the pre-approved package at our standard price.
3. Your company submits the application on the Business Grants Portal, through your own authorised users, and attaches the quotation.
4. Do not make any payment or deposit, or start work, before you submit the application.
5. Enterprise Singapore reviews the application and notifies you of the outcome.
6. After approval, we proceed with your subscription and set-up. Your company then submits its claim as Enterprise Singapore instructs.

Should I keep my current plan active during the process?

Yes. Keep your current plan active until we confirm the migration plan, so your payroll and HR operations are not interrupted.

Who decides if I qualify?

Enterprise Singapore. HReasily cannot apply, pay or claim on your behalf, check your eligibility for you, or guarantee approval. Grant terms may change, so please also check gobusiness.gov.sg for current requirements.
