If you’ve recently switched to HReasily, you may need to input your employees’ past income from your previous payroll system. This ensures accurate year-to-date (YTD) tax calculations and reporting.
Follow the steps below to enter past income for an employee:
1. From the left sidebar, click Staff Directory.
2. Locate the employee you want to update. From the dropdown menu next to their name, select Payroll Info, then click GO.

3. Scroll to the Employee Payroll Info section and click EDIT.

4. In the Tax Year field, select the year you want to update.
5. Expand the Past Income from Previous Software in 202X Details (in IDR) section and enter the year-to-date payroll details from the previous software.
5. Click Save to finalize the changes.
