My admin access has been revoked and I can’t access my account — what should I do?

This may happen if your employment status has been updated to Resigned. With our recent update, the system will now automatically revoke admin privileges for any employee marked as resigned. For more information, refer to our guide: Admin FAQ: Changing Employee Email Addresses


How to regain access:

  1. Reach out to another active admin in your organisation.

  2. Request them to reactivate your employee profile in the system.

  3. Once reactivated, ask them to restore your admin privileges so you can log in again.


If you’re unsure who the active admins are, you may need to check with your HR department or reach out to our support team for assistance.
