[Malaysia] How to Input Tax-Exempted Allowances (Part F) in EA Form?

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for entering tax-exempt allowances in Part F of the EA Form. Follow these steps to ensure compliance and proper reporting.


1. Go to Staff Directory.


2. Locate the employee whose tax-exempt allowances you need to update. Click on Payroll Info from the dropdown list and then select GO to proceed.


3. In the payroll details page, click EDIT.



4. Scroll down until you find the Tax Year selection field and select the year you'd like to make adjustments for.



5. Locate and expand the section titled Tax Details: Employee Perquisite Info (in MYR).

6. Scroll down until you see the fields below:

Input the relevant allowance amounts under the Current Employment section.


7. Once done, proceed to generate the EA form to ensure that the changes have been successfully applied.
